Dr Ben was very nice to my cat Siu Ying. Even though she has cancer he has made sure that my cat is comfortable and happy.

Every doctor and staff member is loving and caring towards all the cats. They talk to the cats, not just about them. The doctors and staff are very kind and patient with owners too. I couldn't be happier with this clinic for my 4 cats.

Helpful Vet and nurses with patience to take care our cat always. Proactively give us information regarding the condition of our cat and what we should do to make them feel better. My cat is always afraid of leaving home, however, she feels very comfortable to have a visit there from time to time recently.

My cat got cancer 4 years ago and sort out to 9lives for second opinion, and we have nearly consulted all the vets in 9lives, inc those have left. All of them are professional, nurses too! Well experienced and helped my cat to stay cancer free for the past years. Oh yes they got 2 lovely cats in house - Fafa and K but don’t dare to touch Fafa unless she’s in good mood.
