Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

We visited Forest Spa for a foot massage on Saturday. The massage was good with enough pressure. I would just recommend adding a relaxing music at the venue. 😉

This is the best place I’ve been for a deep massage. Every massage therapist here is skilled and could do a great massage for those who need a sports massage. Owner is also very friendly and gentle. I highly recommend this place!! 🌟

Best pedicure but not in a western style. Realise that it is a Shanghai Pedicure so it was the best removal of dead skin I’ve ever had. Grace Australia

The foot massage was great. It all depends on the masseuse you get. Our masseuses were trained and professional. However, if you get the owner as your masseuse, you will be wasting time and money. If you go ask for Sister Hua - she is amazing. One of us got the owner lady for the whole body massage and it was just wasting time and on top you still had to pay for it. Not only you wasted your precious time but also the money.

Most terrible massage ever. Not sure how other customers found it good. I asked for 75 minutes massage but this masseuse was so terrible. She basically spent most of her time on phone and applied a solo no pressure. I highly discourage anyone from going there. It’s a scam. You deserve a negative review. Instead of apologizing for wasting my money, you accuse me of underpaying. With this sort of dishonest customer service and insincerity towards your trade, I highly doubt you would be business much longer.
