I meant to write this review for a long time to thank Dr. Sam and his team for taking great care of my diabetic cat Misty since we moved back to HKG. Unfortunately my cat left me during Covid at the age of 18. Thank you again Sam 💕

Vet and nurses here are super caring and nice! You can feel that they love animals and they treat my cats very kindly and professionally! They are knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions! And reasonably priced!

The vet got offended because my dog shown aggression to him as my dog needed more time to get along. Without having interaction or greetings at all he tried to touch my dog and do injection. No wonder the dog got scared and warn him. The vet also refused to check my dogs general health check up as we only booked there for yearly vaccinations hence no general check up can be assessed. And he pointed out my dog is aggressive so he cannot check anyways. If you have a sensitive character dog, this is not a good place to rely on. We will try to find another place for sure.

The best pet clinic my cat and I have been so far. They have a very responsive WhatsApp chat. Answer every question with patience. The nurse and doctor are very kind and understanding. 100% recommend. 😆👍

I have been to the vet last Sunday with my poodle puppy, appreciate the female Dr very much for being super kindy puppy with detailed checking and explaination. Only wait for 10min to see dr. And Nurses are nice as well. Reasonable price hkd350 for vaccination.
