I visited the place after 18:00 both times and the process was fast and officers were friendly and helpful. Both visit took less than 15 minutes to get the new ID card.

I lost my wallet couple of times and I'm 17 so I have to take my brother with me each time I have to apply for a new id card and staff is friendly and helpful. the process is quick, some people's in the comment section saying the process is slow like bruhh what are you president or something?
