Useless staff at the cashier. Doesn't use the number bell, doesn't call out the number. How am I suppose to know when my drink is ready in the pile of drinks?? Staff doesn't respond if you stand in front of them. This is the shop where persistent pestering is the form of communication they prefer. Had to check myself in the end. Bland drink. Tasted like leaf water. Ice melted. Bubbles are hard to chew. Time wasted.

Tbh, this store deserves 0 star! THE WORST SERVICE I EVER SEEN!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 First of all, I am NOT the 1st time to order bubble tea from this store location. I have no idea why today, April 19th, around 6:45pm, the adviser was ridiculously rude!!!! I ordered 2 bubble tea, the total amount is $74 HKD. The membership said HK $29 = 1 stamp, how come I got 1 stamp then???? I asked the adviser, it said $29=1 stamp, I spent $74 dollars, I suppose to get 2 stamps thou. He gave me the black face and didn’t explain to me at all. Can you please give me a full explanation about that?????? The adviser wear the glasses, with long-sleeve shirt. Ps: I didn’t see any restrictions from your website (attached the photos). If you guys didn’t have full explanation about that, please give me back the stamp that I supposed to get for. 😡
