50 minutes for a drink because their tea is freshly brewed after ordering.

No reviews?! I don’t get it. Although it’s difficult to know what their name is in English. Best bubble tea we’ve found though. Freshly brewed tea, nice bubble texture.

I had tried green tea with mousse 50% sugar which was good. I love the mousse. Must try. But I had to wait for 50m to get the drinks 🥲🥲

More often than not, this shop claims that the wait is 30-45mins. Today the wait was 50mins. This has been the case for over a year so clearly the management doesn’t see a problem with this. There’s also hardly ever a wait in line, so I can only imagine that the store is always busy fulfilling large delivery or pick-up orders from the offices above. Why bother having a store where your actual in-person customers can rarely get a drink? I’ve had their bubble tea, and it’s pretty decent but not mind blowing. Certainly nowhere good enough to warrant waiting 50mins.

Good bubble tea - quite creamy (but not overly rich) & not too sweet. I like their unique pineapple one, it’s quite different. However, the service is pretty slow
