Spacious and clean massage parlour! Friendly and professional staff. Love that they accept last minute booking. Very convenient.

I had a 1:15 PM appointment and was ready in my room by 1:00 PM. However, no one showed up until 1:30 PM. I had to contact the front desk myself to get an apology, and the session finally started at 1:40 PM. The massage itself was even worse. I asked for a strong massage, and the therapist suggested using her feet. When she stepped on my back and wrists, it was so painful that it felt like my bones might break. When she switched to using her hands, she had no strength at all; she just kept digging her elbows into my lower back and tailbone until I had to tell her to stop. For the last 10 minutes, she just spent time brushing my hair with a comb, which felt like a complete waste of time. I came here to relax but left in more pain. The staff was inattentive and the massage was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

Receptionist is helpful and patient. However, the hair therapist treated my hair like shit and kept on turning my head rudely. She dried my hair like twisting a towel. The room doesn’t come with drain system and it’s noisy. The “hair therapy machine” kept on splashing on my face. I didn’t enjoy at all. And I think the experience is worse than washing my hair at salon while I am paying like triple.

Fair environment But once you become a member & bought a package, it’s so difficult to book a place for the massage. Kind of waste of money, not recommended.
