We recently held a funeral and cremation service for our beloved dog, Truffle, and I am deeply grateful for the compassion and tenderness shown by the entire team. From the very beginning, Polly was incredibly kind, patient, accommodating, and understanding during one of the hardest moments of our lives. She made us feel supported every step of the way. They also arranged for a driver to come to our home within two hours of our call to gently pick up Truffle’s body. The driver handled her with such great care and respect, which meant so much to us during such a painful moment. The staff treated Truffle with so much dignity and gentleness. They spoke to her softly and even lovingly called her “kiddo,” which touched us deeply as pet parents. It was clear that they truly cared for her, not just as a pet, but as a cherished family member. During the cremation process, they guided us with empathy and respect. Afterward, they allowed us to view her skeleton and carefully explained which bones were which when we chose a few small pieces as keepsakes. Peaceful and environment to give you last send off to your pets. Very well thoughtful gifts to keep as memories of your loved ones. Sad, but we all have to accept it.
