涼皮散修修而且毫無口感而言，面筋一啲都唔韌，唔會再食第二次

川味小喫作為主打川味嘅餐廳，理應辣味十足、夠晒過癮，但今次體驗令人失望。首先點咗酸麵筋，入口唔酸唔辣，質感又唔彈牙，完全唔似川味應有嘅開胃小菜。再嚟係魚皮，本應爽口帶辣，但成品卻軟腍無味，冇半點刺激感，完全食唔出川菜應有嘅層次。最令人反感嘅係，當我向店員提出質疑時，對方態度冷淡，表示「出餐後一概唔負責」，毫無改進或補償誠意。食物唔合格已經令人掃興，連基本嘅顧客服務都做唔到，實在講唔過去。川味小喫今次體驗極差，不會再訪。
