西塞羅學園 Cicero Vibe Education is listed under tutoring centres in Cheung Sha Wan, Sham Shui Po. The address is 九龍長沙灣 Castle Peak Rd, 俊薈7樓B室. Below you will find what people usually look up before a visit: the exact location, contact details, opening hours and the Google rating. The address puts it on an upper floor, so note the floor and unit number; some buildings ask visitors to register at the lobby, and lifts can be slow at busy times.

Tutoring and hobby classes are busiest around exam season (before the HKDSE, for example) and in the summer holidays, so enrol early for popular slots. Ask about materials and registration fees, get receipts, and avoid paying a long course in advance in one go. Treat promises of guaranteed passes or school places with care, and get any terms in writing.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Fri 12:30–19:00, Sat 10:30–19:00, Sun closed. That makes 6 working days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 6253 0004. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp. More information is on its website, cicerovibe.com.

It has a Google rating of 5.0 out of 5 from 6 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.

Cheung Sha Wan is part of the Sham Shui Po District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Hong Kong addresses give the street and number, the building name, then the floor and unit; "G/F" means the ground floor, and as big buildings can have several entrances, look for the directory board in the lobby.
