Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

bought a new phone at citylink 2 weeks ago with an 18 month warranty. did not drop the phone or inflict water damage but found these 2 lines on the screen. cityone care (official servicing partner through citylink) refused to honor the warranty agreement and quoted 2.1k to fix the screen. despite the attractive prices, do not purchase from citylink.

Not bad. Have some good deals. But no free accessories. Can compare with fortress across the road to see true value.

CityLink offers lowest prices for all types of electronics items. I have purchased several items from them over the past few years. I have not had any issues still. Most of the items are parallel imports. They have mentioned that under the item description on their website.

Really terrible experience. They sent me a phone from India instead of one from HK and it does not work with my HK sim. I contacted their customer service and they said that in small print it says they may do parallel importing which I have no idea what that means. They refused to interact with me on whatsapp and give me a way to return the device. All I want is a device that works, I don't even need a refund. Would never recommend them

we rocked up here 10 minutes before closing looking for a phone. They had what we wanted, at a good price and were even helpful enough to install the SIM so we could test, plus helped out with a fast charger, protective case and screen protector. very helpful and cheerful throughout the whole process. They were such a pleasure to deal with that we went back the following day and purchased a second phone....in the process bringing my daughter into the light from the darkness. if you want to talk to cheerful, knowledgable and helpful people while getting a phone at a great price...this would be a great place to go.
