What an unfortunate that I can’t give it a 0 STAR😂 I strongly DO NOT recommend any of you racket sports fellas come here, unless you seek to be disrespected and feel unwelcome. It’s actually my second time here today, because I had to come back to get my tennis racket. The first time I went there was last week. I kindly inquired if they had any suggestions for tennis strings for beginners-intermediate players, or strings that focus in control/spin. I didn’t plan to go there or change my strings because my strings broke suddenly after a tennis session, plus I haven’t played tennis for years so I don’t really know much about tennis strings, but I think that’s not a reason for their impoliteness and unwillingness to introduce me with suitable gears. Sadly, what happened was like many other reviews that I read here, the storekeeper (a middle age women, the one always at the cashier) mocked me and said’ “I don’t know what kind of products you are looking for and there are too many products to introduce” and in a tone that tells me she had no interest to sell me or provide me with any services. The shopkeepers are very pro. I have been stringing my tennis rackets with them for many years. They're very friendly and helpful. When i ask for advice, they always give me recommendations. Also the service was pretty quick. I can get back my rackets in 2 days. The tennis section is at the back of the store, need to pass through the front sports shop section.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional service. Tried to ask about their tennis string selection and was asked in a very unfriendly manner by the woman in the outer store, “Why do you need to see strings when you don’t even have a racket?” She somehow could not understand I just wanted to see what they had available. After explaining this to her, the woman dismissively pointed me to the inner store where the strings were, after which she started muttering rude comments to herself about how I wasted her time. Did I mention there was no other customers in the store?

The guy in the front shop was very polite and welcoming, until I got to the shop at the rear end it's a complete different story. There were 3 or 4 women staff there didn't even look at us or a smile. Prices are about 30% more expensive then A1 which is only on the other side of Victoria park. I bought something at the end and the funny thing is the cashier never even bother with a word of thanks, in fact didn't even looked at me. haha.. never again!

Came here to string my badminton racquet. A bit more expensive than others places that I have been. But I did get my racquet back the next day (which is quicker than most stores). Chose BG-85 which costs $160 (stringing included). It's got a lot of other sports products too.
