Parking is scarce, meters and car parks in the urban areas are expensive, and most accept Octopus or e-payment; most toll tunnels now use the HKeToll system. Many repair and detailing shops are inside industrial buildings or car parks, so book ahead and ask where to leave the car. Car washes and detailers usually work by appointment, and coating or waxing can take hours or a full day.

Kennedy Town is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Paying is easy in Hong Kong: Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets such as PayMe, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay HK are widely used, although some small shops, market stalls and hawkers still take cash only.

I came for the brushless wash that is meant to be special care for cars that have coatings applied. I appreciate that they have this option, however I didn't realize that immediately after the brushless wash, a staff member would immediately wipe my car vigorously and quickly with a drying cloth. This dried my car but also left enormous paint swirls across my hood and some of the black side pillars. My car is brand new from factory, less than 1 month old and has only been washed one other time from a pretty trusted detailing shop. These crazy swirls are very high % chance from that cloth being dirty and pushing around dirt that remained on the car which wasn't removed due to a touchless wash. So the irony of electing to do a touchless wash and then having a cloth immediately rub the car after with significant speed maybe... A problem. Also my car has not been coated yet.... So this is actually directly my paint. 1 month old car!! I am sad.

Great prices and so convenient. I've been using them every couple of weeks for months now. It takes about 20 minutes for your car to be washed, so if someone is in the bay being washed, it won't take long for it to be your turn.

Great service, quick and efficient. Would be even better if they offered a service for cleaning the inside of the car. I like that they strive to be environmentally friendly too.
