This place is a mixture of good and bad. Bad points 1st 1) house keeping - our coffee was topped up only once during our stay (6 nights) and only because we requested for it 2) we had a faulty smoke detector in our room that went off in the middle of the night. The staff on duty at night was called in and he promptly removed it. The next day - no body explained or tried to “compensate” for the inconvenience In other words - poor service recovery 3) pillows are very soft and flat 4) drainage of the shower was very slow. If u are not careful u may flood the bathroom Now the Good points: 1) very close to mtr station (Sheung wan) , bus stop, tram stop and even the ferry terminal (if u want to go to Macau) 2) we had a very nice view of the habour 3) bed was comfortable 4) water pressure was good and heater worked perfectly 5) WiFi signal was strong 6) black-out curtains were present as were roll- down screens to block the glare from the sun 7) our unit came with a functional kitchenette and a washing machine.

I booked family rooms for 4 persons which is great! I’ve been to Hong Kong for 4 days. This place is not too far from MTR Sheung Wan so that you can walk. There are a lot of facility such as in-room laundry, iron, kitchen etc. I think it’s really good for you to stay.
