Companion Planet 寵駐星球

I was really nervous when I took Ava to Companion Planet as it’s the first time that she’s away from me for this long. The staff there, however, have exceeded my expectations. They are fantastic and have taken good care of her. They make sure that she takes her medication everyday, gets plenty of exercise and playtime, and also send me lots of photo and video updates. Ava has always been a picky eater and the staff there even managed to get her to eat everyday. Another bonus is that I’m able to check on her during the night via the camera. I’ve visited her twice in person during the stay and she looks healthy and happy there. I am so grateful and will definitely recommend Companion Planet!! 🥰

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Campanion Planet, where Cassy stayed last week. The facility is a dream for any pet! During the day, Cassy had tons of free space to run around and play, only retreating to her cozy room at night for sleep. It was so comforting to know she had room to stretch her legs and have fun. The staff at Campanion Planet are truly exceptional. They were incredibly caring and tailored their approach to my dog’s unique personality and needs. Their love for the animals was evident in every interaction. I also appreciated how they understood that pet owners can feel anxious when separated from their furry babies. The frequent photo and video updates, along with the live night cam, were incredibly reassuring and kept me connected to my baby. One moment that stood out was when the escape master mischievous Cassy had a little accident. The staff went above and beyond, checking on her at 2 a.m. without us even asking. This level of dedication shows how much they genuinely care about the animals in their care. The grooming service was the cherry on top! Cassy came back looking adorable with a fresh, stylish haircut and smelling amazing. The grooming w

Our golden doodle Ari stayed with Companion Planet for a week and it was a very pleasant experience. We received regular updates with photos of Ari eating, resting, on walks, and playing with other puppies. The staff was very responsive on WhatsApp whenever we had any requests or questions. We can tell that Ari was very well taken care of, and she enjoyed being around the staff - often resting by their feet and asking for pets. Ari can be quite difficult when it comes to meal time as she is generally not too food motivated, but the staff was patient enough to hand feed her spoon by spoon and would also re-heat any leftover food that was stored in the fridge. We believe Ari had a great time during her stay and would definitely consider bringing her back when we go on another trip in the future!

I recently had my dog Taco stayed at Companion Planet for several days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my furry friend was well taken care of. I loved receiving daily video updates, which gave me peace of mind and showed how much fun my dog was having. My pup had a great time making new friends and enjoying all the activities and games provided. As a pawrent who can be a bit picky and overly worried about leaving my pet, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I highly recommend Companion Planet to anyone who wants their pet to be in safe, loving hands while they’re away. Thank you for such a pawsitive experience! 🐾

I recently had the pleasure of using Companion Planet for my golden retriever, Uni, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about animals. They took the time to get to know Uni, asking about his preferences, dietary needs, and any special requirements. d comfortable, with plenty of natural light and cozy bedding. Uni made friends with QQ and the house pet Showbee the Samoyed. It was such a relief to know that Uni was getting plenty of exercise and stimulation during his stay. I think Uni found it difficult to fall asleep at first night as his first time to stay out of the house. But he fitted in soon. One of the things that really stood out to me was the daily updates and photos they sent. It was so reassuring to see Uni having fun, playing with other dogs, and looking completely at ease.
