Late June 2026 Mega cosmetic store set to rival trendy format stores such as Sephora. The store is well stocked and organized to offer functional tryout stations, provide listing and ranking displays per type of basic cosmetic and even per country. Caters to the social media buzz trends while creating a space for sampling and expression. A unique way of marketing and sales.

My friend and I were on our final day in Hong Kong and spent about an hour here (plus 6,000+ hkd). When we arrived no one came to help us, on the second floor no one came to help us. One staff member not offering my friend any gifts with purchase she was eligible for. They all seemed miserable. I will add that many of the testers had run out too. Then on the third floor, it was a completely different experience. Firstly, a woman (whose name we did not get sadly) was incredibly happy and came up to help us. And then we met Eva, who came to our rescue. She was so helpful and knowledgable. She helped us with the app, gave us the relevant GWP. She even made sure we received the points to play some of the gwp games. She took us to checkout and was all in all just fantastic. Thank you Eva. If it was based on Eva alone I would give 5 stars but the other staff need to work on their customer service.

Huge mall of cosmetics and skin care / hair care, wide range of products available. You’ll go confuse which one to buy Very good staffs they help you if you want help. They suggest you good products & help otherwise to find floor too. Thank you will visit again.
