Wanted to browse in peace, but was offered unsolicited opinions despite making myself clear multiple times I wanted to be left alone to the same staff member. I was fed up repeating myself for the 3rd time within the span of 60 seconds and I just left. Honestly, I found the staff member's actions quiet disrespectful after I, the customer, made myself clear I wanted to be left alone. Yet she ignored my simple request, pushed on and offered quite ignorant advice regarding my skin. By the number of bad reviews, I take it this store has poor training for the staff. In the future, if a customer says they want to be left alone, the correct response would actually be LEAVE THE CUSTOMER ALONE.

No refill, dirty products on shelves, used cotton pads around but no clean one for clients to use, spent a lot but the cashier lazy to get samples and said out of stock behind her only. Used to love to buy all cosmetic stuff there when it just opened and now no more

Staff has terrible product knowledge. I asked if these cotton pads are the exact same ones as the ones at the trial stations and she said yes. When I went home they're totally different products.
