Much quieter than the usual SASA stores for beauty goods, as it isn’t located on the main street/ground floor. The store had a huge choice of beauty and health products, which I liked looking at. They had some good offers, but in the end I felt a little overwhelmed (my problem) as I don’t read Japanese or Chinese.

These 2 sales girls were talking behind me and my friend when we were testing, thinking we don’t understand their Cantonese. They first tailed after us when we have just walked in, then they asked 2 other colleagues and gathered around us, "你估佢哋試咗會唔會買?" "試試咪眼線筆添諗緊作直播咩" while looking at us. Just because we tried 2 items and spent time reading the ingredient list to ensure no potential allergens, they gossiped about us loudly and claimed that we couldn’t afford. I told them off to their face and walked out immediately. These are not isolated cases based on reviews belows but I don't think Cosme HK branch care. I swear off from buying from Cosme store and will only step in to try with their testers but take my money somewhere else

I love cosme, and how there are hand written notes of product recommendations. However, some staffs are kind of rude. I asked a staff to recommend me a natural looking lip stick , and she just looked at me confused, and then told me to choose one by myself. And it wasn't like they were busy; they were just chatting.

Rude staff. Wanna get a pack of bath salt, there’s an empty box on the self, so I asked one of them if it’s available, without even checking the stock, in less than a second, she said no. Wonder if she has thought for a bit. When I go to the cashier, a staff was tidying stuff in the cashier. However, didn’t help with the payment immediately. Instead she keeps tidying stuff. After 4 or 5 minutes, finally comes to me. So I realise that she did see me. After all, not even helping with a good manner. Worst shop ever.
