About Cotton On

Cotton On is a clothing shop in Mong Kok, Yau Tsim Mong, at 九龍旺角彌敦道625號雅蘭中心一樓. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. The address puts it on an upper floor of a building (an "upstairs shop", very common in Hong Kong), so note the floor and unit number; lifts can be slow at busy times, and some older buildings only have stairs.

It pays to compare prices before you buy and to check that the price shown includes everything. Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets work in most shops, though small ones may be cash only or set a minimum for cards; weekend and public-holiday afternoons are busiest, so weekday daytime is better for a relaxed browse.

Opening hours: daily, 11:00–23:00. It opens every day of the week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. You can call 2396 2130; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. Its website is cottonon.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

At 3.6 out of 5 on Google (163 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.

Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

provide training on how to remove hangers before hiring your employees. why would I buy damaged clothes?. she ruined the collar of the shirt I bought, by pulling it off the hanger. I bought the clothes without rushing, why are they acting so hasty? are they impatient to go home? even closing time is still a long way off.

I was astounded by how bad the attitude your staff had in Cotton On Mongkok Branch. I was holding a lot of stuff, so I tried to put them on the counter. Instantly, one of the male staff warned me not to do that, saying that it wasn’t my turn yet. When l was leaving, I noticed that your male staff told me the wrong price and I purchased the product at a price double what he told me. I don’t mind donating money for a good cause so I made a donation to Cotton On Foundation and even purchased your $29 tote bag , but I don’t think I should be scammed. So I went back to the counter for an explanation, another female staff asked me not to put the stuff on her counter impolitely, as if your Cotton On tote bag might contaminate her document. Your staff looks SUPERIOR to the customers, not knowing that they are just young and immature. I don’t know what their SUPERIORITY comes from. Please give more training to your staff so that they have BASIC RESPECT for human beings. Thank you.

Love this brand! Nice stylish pieces if you're looking for a bit of an edge amongst the Hong Kong style own brands. However this store's service from the staff are appalling. Two girls near the fitting room, one restocking panties and the other minding the fitting room - seems to be hired to just look pretty but bit of air heads. Asked the one restocking about sizing and she didn't have a clue - instead of trying to find out, she just gave up after trying to think what size I needed. "I don't know".... ok, so what am I suppose to do if I wanted to make a purchase? The girl at the fitting room, followed store policies on how many items I can take in, she 'held' two extra items for me and said I can change them when I am done with the others. When I came out to exchange the items, I could see she forgot about them and already organised her rail (for items to go back to the shop floor) - I asked her where my items were and she said "Sorry, I forgot which items are yours - do you mind looking for yourself", She also couldn't leave the fitting rooms to help me with sizing - but I understand as I worked in retail before so know that is a rule. Staff weren't rude but need more training on

Be wary if you are buying children's clothes online as they only take refunds in store in 2 shops in Hong Kong DESPITE their refund policy on their website stating you can return online purchases in any shop. A very bad online shopping experience for this company. I travelled all the way here to refund the products and was told to go elsewhere. I doubt I'd buy from this shop again.
