去過舊舖打邊，一直好想試呢間bar，兩個人試晒五款cocktails+兩款whisky好開心。最鍾意Cq coffe。一路飲一路叫小食，牛肉他他配牛仔片🤭好濃肉味。生蝦好好食，調味好好，好新鮮。蝦多士個辣椒乾醬，好味到係咁點頭。staff令人好開心，好helpful，係兩人傾計嘅好地方。

近來要說人氣新餐廳，中環珍姐一定有份，lunch日日排長龍，夜晚打邊爐繼續旺場。但原來新舖內有乾坤，裡面竟然隱藏著一間speakeasy酒吧。想入去？你要先沿著長長樓梯落到太子大廈地下，在珍姐店內轉左直行再轉左的隱蔽角落，找到一個老舊電話，撥個輪打一組神秘通關密碼，接通了店員才會為你開門。門後，就是老蘭名店威士忌酒吧Club Qing的重生基地 —— CQ Bar。威友一定對蘭桂坊舊店記憶猶新，自從今年3月結業後，原來他們悄悄搬來這裡當起「店中店」。新店空間不大，一眼望晒，人多的時候隨時要做好「企一晚立飲」的準備，但這裡的藏酒依然讓人雙眼發光。這裡繼續主打多款特色 IB（獨立裝瓶）威士忌。無論你是新手還是老饕，只要直接跟店員講想飲甚麼風味，他們都能給出最好的推介。酒瓶背後都貼有清晰的價錢 Label，如果遇到心水款但覺得原杯太貴，又想多試幾款不同風格，只要單杯價錢在$200以上，就可以點Half Dram（半杯），價錢直接減半。當晚我最愛，是那支2018年由幾間香港傳奇威士忌吧（Club Qing、BUTLER、Tiffany’s New York Bar，以及已經結業的 GINGER 和 Nocturne）夾份裝瓶的 Bowmore 15 年，這集結了當年香港威壇頂級陣容的聯乘IB，全球限量僅100支，喝一杯少一杯，在物是人非的今日喝到，顯得格外珍貴。當然，直接叫店員推介Club Qing的自家包桶IB，也是絕對不會中伏的穩妥選擇。
