I truly appreciated that Dr. Cheung and the nurses took the time to explain everything clearly, and they did it all with such a gentle, patient manner that really put me at ease. I also want to add that I previously had my wisdom tooth removed here, and Dr. Cheung was very thorough in both the procedure and the follow-up care. He gave clear instructions and made sure I recovered well. Now my family and I regularly come back to him for check-ups and cleanings. We fully trust him and highly recommend his care.

The staff here at Craft Smile dental clinic are exceptional, and I have remained a client of theirs for many years now. The head dentist, Dr Cheung, is extremely skilled at his job, and puts a lot of effort in providing a pleasant, and professional experience for the patients. Additionally, the rest of the staff are also very capable and understanding, and are extremely polite at all times. Overall, I would recommend this establishment for a dental check up, or other dental services.

Excellent, efficient, and friendly service. I recently moved into the neighbourhood and was long overdue for a routine dental cleanup, so I chose Craft Smile based on the reviews, and I’m glad I did. My dentist, Dr. Lee, was knowledgeable, meticulous and genuinely personable. She carefully assessed my dental health, explained everything clearly, and shared practical tips on how to best maintain my teeth. Even though the cleaning itself seemed routine, she took extra care throughout the process, and I left with a better understanding of preventive dental care. For the first time, going to the dentist felt to me as something to be intentional about, rather than a box to check off every year. The whole team was welcoming and kind (particularly the receptionist, Betty) making the experience even better. Booking was also very convenient and easy to schedule via WhatsApp; ideal for those with busy schedules. A strong recommend from me and a very well earned rating in my opinion.

Highly recommend Dr. Chris Cheung! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is professional and welcoming. The receptionist is very friendly—they called back swiftly to confirm my booking and WhatsApped the details right away. Dr. Cheung himself is incredibly thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really puts you at ease. The treatment was painless and the results are fantastic. If you’re looking for a skilled and genuinely caring dental surgeon, look no further.☺️

I can't say enough about the exceptional care I received from Dr. Lee Hau Yi and her wonderful team. Dr. Lee is not only a skilled dentist but also a compassionate one, taking the time to ensure my comfort and explaining the procedures in detail. Her assistants are equally attentive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The reception staff was welcoming and efficient, providing excellent customer service. I'm truly grateful for their dedication to patient care. Highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs!
