Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

One of the best tea and juice shops to try. The taste is not disappointing. The packaging is good.

I was very thirsty and I was very happy to find this mango smoothie but from the first sip, I was very disappointed. I understand better the offer 1 bought the second at -50%. The mango was too ripe and the strawberry milkshake was full of water, like a syrup.

Tried their passion fruit green tea. Non-existing amount of passion fruit in the drink. $29 was totally not worth it. Never had such a sad amount of passion fruit in a passion fruit tea drink from a bubble tea shop.

Fresh fruit tea place originally from Taiwan. They offer a variety of fresh fruit teas and now offer desserts like softserve and panna cotta. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui's K11 Art Mall, it has a tiny sit in area. Not very big as it's geared more for takeaway. The menu is English and Chinese. The tea to try is their signature fruit tea along with their Taiwan Irwin Mango Smoothie which is packed with fresh mango and blitzed to a smooth icy treat. We gave the mango panna cotta a try and it was actually quite good.
