Love, love, love Daiso. I go to the one in the States, but so glad there is one near me in Hong Kong. Just a lot of nice things for the home at a reasonable price. From kitchenware, snacks, office supplies, craft items. My go to store for cute Hello Kitty stuff too.

I went there today at 10:05 am to buy some clear organizing cubes and boxes. The store is quite well stocked and size of the store is quite big, unlike the Daisos in Wan Chai or Causeway Bay. The organization of the items is not good because they clear organizing cubes and boxes are in 2 different locations. One notable comment is the 1 female lady near the cash register and 1 stocking shelves offer terrible customer service. They were not friendly and seemed downright rude. They cannot and should not work in sales with this kind of attitude . I hope Daiso can observe the manner of these 2 ladies and verify my observation. In my opinion, they should be fired because they treat customer bad. If you don’t need to ask for anything , then the store is fine. The clerk /sale person in Wan Chai , a gentleman was super friendly. I saw him interacted with a female caucasian and he told her the item is not normally returnable but if you come back tomorrow, I will be working and will exchange it for you . I thank him for just being such a nice person. The 2 in Mong Kok deserve a pink slip.

It is a big shop located on the third floor of the building. You can take the electric stair up. A lot of item selection. Clean and tidy. Enter from創興。
