Dash Living is a surprisingly convenient spot in the heart of Hong Kong. With near to public transportation of under ground systems and on the road I can travel to anywhere. Shopping and eating are another pro of living there. Anything to buy and any good food from snacks to feast can be achieved without difficulty. Staff of Dash Living are all friendly and competent. Respect and fast response. I was once locked out from my unit and got help by local staff and after calling customer support and another staff came within 15 mins instead of estimated 30 mins to hell me back to my unit in next five minutes. Fast and easy!! Amazing!!

We had a very disappointing experience with Dash Living. We arranged a viewing of one of their flats, and I even sent my parents there on my behalf. When they arrived, there was nobody from Dash present – only the security guard, who had no idea about any scheduled viewing. When we contacted the representative via WhatsApp, we were told they had no record of the appointment at all. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. As a result my parents wasted their time and journey for nothing On top of this, their attitude seems to change depending on who they think you are. At first, they were very responsive when I messaged them from a foreign number. But once they realized we were local Hong Kong residents, their tone shifted, and suddenly they claimed there were no availabilities. It feels as though they prioritize expats while dismissing locals – perhaps assuming expats won’t notice or won’t mind their poor level of service. Overall, shocking service and a very negative experience. We will not be proceeding with the booking and I would be very cautious if you are planning to book.

I had a wonderful stay at this serviced apartment in Mong Kok for 6 months. It provided the privacy I desired, as most serviced apartments now a days have a shared kitchen and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for me to cook my own meals in my room. Housekeeping services were top-notch, keeping the apartment clean and fresh. Sadly, I had to go back to the Philippines but I'll definitely book here again once I'm back.

My experience at Dash Living Argrle was exceptionally pleasant. I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for an entire month, beginning in October. The defining feature of the rooms is their abundance of natural light, which enhances the overall ambiance. Waking up to the gentle rays of the morning sun was a daily delight. Upon entering my accommodation, I was struck by the cleanliness and modernity of the space. The room was well-maintained and provided a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings certainly contributed to the overall positive impression. One notable aspect of my stay was the willingness of the management to address any concerns or issues that arose. They demonstrated a genuine commitment to improving the guest experience. It's refreshing to encounter a team that values guest feedback and actively works towards making the necessary improvements. The location of Property is also worth mentioning. It provided easy access to various amenities and was conveniently located near key attractions. Whether it was dining, shopping, or exploring the city, everything was within reach. In

The location is good. There are many restaurants in Mong Kok. Please consider following pain points before you make the decision. 1. Only one house keeping every week 2. No facial tissue would be provided 3. The shower room is draining slowly. I think it's clogged. 4. Only 2 washing machines and 2 clothes dryers for whole building. 5. Can’t connect to the wifi of common area. That’s why no one will stay in the common area 6. The cancellation policy is very inflexible and inconsiderate. They will not consider your special situation. 7. Because of the material of building cladding, it is very noisy when raining. It’s annoying when your are sleeping. (Hong Kong always rain in spring and summer time) 8. Minor leakage were found after heavy rain. 9. There are two lifts. One is out of services for a month after typhoon. 10. The entrance door is very un-user-friendly. You will hit the door easily. 11. Expensive. I will not recommend Dash.
