We stayed 3 weeks in TST Haiphong Road apartment, excellent location & appreciate of Dash service team response for all kinds of problems efficiently & helpful, nice experience

I stayed at Dash for 9 months last year and had to move out due to an unexpected overseas posting. I tried to ask for a waiver on my rental deposit. No luck. Which is fully understandable. But what is unacceptable is that my HR and I have repeatedly email to ask for my rental invoices so I can do my tax deduction but the only response I got is that Cherie from Dash threaten me with legal action to pay for the balance 3 months and won’t give me the receipts unless I pay in full. Which again, Dash is legally entitled to do so. Just that I have informed Dash about two months in advance once I know about my relocation. Dash is definitely a stickler for following the letter of the law exactly, so just know that there are definitely better landlords you can deal with out there. Response to management’s reply: - Despite my update two months in advance (literally once I know I have to relocate overseas), there was NO ATTEMPT by Dash to resolve the issue of my relocation. I stayed in Dash TST for 1 year, so I've had my fair share of experiences there. Room size is decent but everything else is REALLY bad. I had multiple cases of cockroaches, loud water pipes (that I had to call at least 3 times to get somebody to look at it), leaking windows (that flooded all the way into my bed area), and not to mention really bad security (you are sharing a small entrance with other shops and the security guards are often found sleeping or watching their cell phones). Dash management is pretty sub-par too. There was a murder incident 2 floors above while I lived there and I had visits from the police 2 times while they were investigating the case. But I had no idea what exactly happened until I asked the police why they were there. NO communications from DASH office, NO updates from security guards, and NO security measures improved to ensure safety from the other side of the building (besides a cheap, flimsy blind). Also, leasing department starts pushing you to let them know 1+ month in advance as to whether or not you plan to re-new which is pretty unheard of for a serviced apartment in HK (typically it's 2 weeks notice). All in all, STAY AWAY FROM DASH

The TST serviced apartment is in an ideal location on the Kowloon side. Close and convenient to MTR station and restaurants. The building itself is relatively old, so easy to hear doors slamming in the hallway. Nonetheless the team is very helpful. I once had a flooding bathroom during the weekend and Geoffrey came to get it fixed within 2-3 hours. They've reduced some of their amenities over the last year.

My stay with Dash for May and some of June in a Causeway Bay apartment on Gloucester was easy and enjoyable. Serviced apartments are such an expense in Hong Kong but Dash really provides excellent customer service and reasonable rates that they are a true alternative :) I highly recommend them and would stay again :) Thanks to their friendly, efficient and easy to work with team. Especially Suzanne and Helder! :)
