Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

I went for a sprained ankle injury. They were very polite, well-informed, and on time. My ankle was very swollen and bruised, and David treated it using various methods. He also taught me some exercises to do at home. A few treatments later, my ankle is feeling stronger and I am able to exercise again. Would recommend this professional service.

I had discomfort behind my knee from overuse and constant traveling. I thought I just have to deal with it but then the symptoms got worse. I was having mild to severe discomfort after walking long distances. Dr Tai's treatment was really effective. He was able to pinpoint muscle tension spots and fix them through Chinese massage, acupuncture, and electrotherapy. Not only did he focused on the immediate area but also on the whole muscle chain (the hip, spine and neck). I felt significant improvements after just a few sessions. I was able to walk without discomfort and now I am more confident in resuming my training in weightlifting. All the staff are friendly and have very good communication. Dr Tai is also very caring and would really listen to your concerns. I would highly recommend anyone to visit if you have any muscle discomfort, whether big or small. Thank you Dr. Tai and all the staff😁

I had been suffering from long-term shoulder and neck pain, which was causing dizziness and frequent headaches. After just two treatment sessions with David, I noticed a significant improvement, and my symptoms have completely resolved. David is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his approach. He took the time to understand my condition and explained the treatment clearly, which made me feel very confident and comfortable throughout the process. I’m very grateful for the results and would highly recommend David to anyone dealing with similar issues. An excellent physiotherapist with outstanding skills.
