I visited Hong Kong with my husband 3 weeks ago during heavy rain fall season. When I arrived and met the owner, I immediately knew she cares about her clients and their experience. I had a great time chatting with her about local eats and our plans while she did my lashes. She is gentle and attentive, while also maintaining a clean small studio. Unfortunately, the weather and heat affected the first session's lashes and they fell out pretty fast. When I let her know, she instantly offered a free re-do with new glue. The lashes falling out wasn't due to a lack of her skill, but more of the glue's potency. When she redid them again, we had a nice conversation again about my upcoming trip, (also humid and rainy weather). Let me tell you, this time, these lashes lasted 2.5 weeks with no sign of wear or tear. I looked like I just got them done by the end of my vacation. I put my face through the ringer with make up, facial cleansing, running through the rain, and they still look awesome. I highly recommend stopping by here if you want lashes that last and a lash technician who does amazing work. Love love love.

I’ve been going to Mina for my eyelashes for over two years. She is very sweet, helpful, and patient. She can recreate any style I find online. The lashes last a long time. I do sauna, sports, and wash my face directly with water, and they still hold up well. I usually go once a month for a new set, and then again after two weeks for a retouch (half price). It usually still looks good, but I like to keep them looking their best. There’s no pain at all. I often fall asleep, so it feels like a relaxing session. If I’m not asleep, she’s also very fun to chat with. She is very efficient. Removing the old set and doing a new one takes about an hour, and a retouch takes around 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Best lash service! I been doing my lash here for 3 years and Mina has always done a great job, fast, clean and good quality. She responds very fast and is flexible to suit your individual schedule. Also she speaks perfectly English so very good for foreigners. Biggest plus is she is super nice as well. Will recommend doing your lashes here when in Hong Kong 🩷
