Worse staffs attitude ever, zero client centric, bureaucratic to the max, visit only when u have no choice Therefore I decided to choose another bank over them n picked up some of my original documents, first they made me wait for 30 mins at lobby, then one staff popped up threw documents on the table from far away didn’t even greet or said goodbye…super unprofessional

Despite being loyal customers for many years, DBS abruptly closed our account without a clear explanation. We were given less than a month to withdraw our funds, causing significant inconvenience. Our account manager, Alice Lau, consistently provided poor service and was unhelpful. This unprofessional treatment leaves us with no choice but to recommend avoiding this bank.

Waited 2 years but still cant process even a simple procedure. Submitted all documents required for the 3rd time and followed up them every week yet they can still drag for 6 months and now they want me to submit the 4th time because all documents are expired. This kind of lousy bank should not exist in the first place. Such a disgrace for Singapore. Shame on you.

Ridiculous waiting times - would not wish DBS on anyone. They make other banks looks efficient and friendly. To request my own bank account statements I had to queue up, fill a form only to be told that they will charge HKD50 per page and will post these out after 3 days。 Two weeks later nothing has been recieved。 Such poor service and ancient technology - cant believe i had to visit the branch for a simple request！
