德康大藥房

德康大藥房 is a pharmacy in Wan Chai, at Shop 3 & 4 On G/F, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, HK. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it.

In Hong Kong a dispensary (藥房, an Authorized Seller of Poisons) must employ a registered pharmacist, some medicines can only be sold under the pharmacist's supervision, and it usually displays an "Rx" sign; a medicine company (藥行) may only sell less tightly controlled medicines. Prescription drugs need a doctor's prescription, and the pharmacist can explain dosage and side effects.

Opening hours: daily, 09:30–21:30. It is open seven days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. There is no phone number yet; if the business has a website or social media page, try there, or use the Google Maps link on this page for the latest details.

It has a Google rating of 1.0 out of 5 from 8 reviews, which is on the low side, so read the most recent reviews before you go.

Wan Chai is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Wan Chai mixes the office towers around the Convention and Exhibition Centre with old markets and tenement buildings, and nearby restaurants get busy during big trade fairs.
