Taiwanese style tea shop. The Hong Kong team was trained in Taiwan but offer average service. Tea was bitter or not adding in any sugar. Got a try and that was it.

Dejeng Oolong Tea Project is a solid, reliable choice if you're in the area and craving a good tea! Drink Quality: Ordered the Green Tea with Oolong Tea Jelly. The green tea is nice and refreshing, but the standout is definitely the oolong tea jelly—it has a surprisingly distinct, rich oolong flavor that adds a great texture to the drink. Service: Quick and efficient service. Didn't have to wait long at all to get my order. Overall, it's a pleasant, well-made drink. 名過其實，試過就知無咩特別。店家寫著，單號是順著叫的，其實不然！我點了一杯奶蓋焙烏龍。排我後面的，點了7杯飲品。我看到單號到了我前面一位，就來到櫃檯前，諗住準備到我了。結果等了10幾分鐘，都沒有叫到我。但看到櫃檯已經放了好多杯飲品，在我後面幾個號碼的，都到了。問職員，到我的單了嗎？職員說未到。再等。。。結果竟然到了我後面的單號，那7杯飲品，都沒有叫我。我再問職員，到我的沒有。職員好像方知漏了我的單，但沒有承認。結果給了一杯沒有貼單號，不知是什麼飲品的給我。杯上還濕濕的，沒有抹好的。是因為太好生意，只做大客嗎？叫一杯的，就要慢慢排最後，不發聲就沒有了？

曾經喺台灣飲過，知道嚟咗香港開成為過江龍，所以心思思想試。平日下午大約四點左右人龍唔算太多，所以可以排一排，但都要等大概15分鐘。位於誠品書店嘅一角，一共叫咗兩杯分別係香橙春烏龍及芝士奶蓋春烏龍。朋友叫正常糖度香橙烏龍，我叫無糖芝士奶蓋。香橙味清新，而且正常糖竟然唔算好甜，有啲驚喜。相反，芝士奶蓋烏龍無糖有啲苦澀味，唔算太好飲，原本以為芝士奶蓋會口感豐厚，但實際唔算濃厚。排隊嘅時候，見到用奶粉沖奶蓋，已經有啲大打印象，但抱住一試心態。試完之後建議芝士奶蓋甜到微糖或者少糖會比較好。原來無糖真係唔好飲。
