Fung and Yanting are very friendly, patient and encouraging. During the class, Fung provided on point comment with his great observation and demonstrate correct poses. Yanting explained every poses steps by steps very clearly which gives new beginners a very concrete idea and understanding of what to and how to do. Looking forward to female coach class.

I really love this boxing gym. The coaches here are amazing — very professional, patient, and supportive. The facilities are also excellent, and the training is well-structured and professional. I’ve had a great experience training here and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in boxing or fitness.
