About Délifrance (香港中央圖書館店)
Délifrance (香港中央圖書館店) is listed under cafés & coffee shops in Tin Hau, Eastern District. The opening hours, phone number and Google rating are below, and similar places nearby are listed at the bottom of the page.
When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. If you plan to work or study in a café, check for power sockets and any seating time limit.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Tue 08:30–21:00, Wed 12:00–21:00, Thu–Fri 08:30–21:00, Sat–Sun 09:00–21:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. There is no phone number yet; if the business has a website or social media page, try there, or use the Google Maps link on this page for the latest details.
At 3.8 out of 5 on Google (241 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Tin Hau is part of the Eastern District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Octopus works on the MTR, buses, minibuses, ferries and trams; heading to Tin Hau, check the street map inside the MTR station to find the nearest exit.

A quiet place to chill out after working out at the Causeway Bay Sportsground.

The latte was good, the egg salad on the toast was so smooth and creamy and the breakfast plate had a nice variety of options. The staff was very friendly and it’s so nice to enjoy breakfast with a pleasant view.

Manage your expectations people - this a coffee shop in a public library. They will not serve the best carbonara in the world. The cappuccino won’t be sublime. But the Americano will be decent, the place clean and tidy and service as efficient as Hong Kong can be.

The carbonara and latte set cost $90 hkd, and is the worst shit i tasted for that price. Even the latte is a joke. Even the one i make at hoke is of higher standard than this garbage. I rather pay $120 and have fineprint. The only reason so many people go is because its the only food option there.
