The experience is a hit or miss. Some days the doctors are nice. Some days the doctors don’t even listen to your problem. The nurses are the same. I saw one of the doctors. His name was Steve Kwok. A middle aged doctor. Super rude, doesn’t listen, won’t listen. Literally just speaks to cut into what I was saying so I would stop talking. Won’t give me a Medicine refill for my problem. Since he couldn’t refill my medicine. I asked him to diagnose me again so I can get medicine cause I was running out. He wouldn’t do it. He told me to show him a referral letter or proof of my condition. I said I had a copy on my phone, he wouldn’t look at it. I already have an appointment booked to see the specialist. The referral letter has already been given to the hospital. I’m not sure why he can’t see this on the system. I feel like I had any health problem, I would need to see a general physician to get diagnose first. Then if I needed to see a specialist, the GP is the one who writes that referral letter for the specialist. But if the general physician cannot and won’t diagnose a patient, how do they get referrals? Are they actually doing their job as a doctor? Clearly the Dr. Steve Kwok i

Good hospital serving local residents. After visit, go to Zenxes Foot Retreat nearby. Take either foot or body treatment. Totally relax and refresh. Enjoy :-)
