Here's my theory... a lot of job seekers went into retail with little to no training or sense of what customer service is. Today I asked a staff about a product size, not only did he not help, he mocked me.. I was left speechless. Still I thought maybe his advice is right. Of course, the product is wrong size. It's ok not to know the answer. I asked politely, you can answer politely. That's literally what you're paid to do. There is no need to mock a customer. I can guarantee if I was a white/male customer, he wouldn't dare. Decathlon, love shopping at your stores, please fix this.

I’m so glad I met Angel during my visit. She’s extremely passionate about her job and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The whole time I felt genuinely taken care of, almost like I was at home rather than just shopping. Her kindness and attentiveness made the experience so much better. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience shopping here, all thanks to Angel. She is extremely passionate about her job and it truly shows in the way she helps customers. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease, like I was at home rather than just making a purchase. Her genuine enthusiasm and friendly approach turned what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into something really special.

Yo-yo was very very helpful with Kelvin and Gordon! They were very patient with my query and very knowledgeable on Racket Sports. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for they went above and beyond to help me purchase and arrange delivery to my home! Decathlon Central is one of the best at customer service!

Review is mostly about the lack of choices. I recommend planning in advance in you need anything for winter or summer - they barely have anything in stock and online delivery takes a long time and often you need to pick up in person. Staff members are helpful and they have many cheap options for good hiking gear, or protein or electrolytes, but everything is always sold you, most items will be only in 1 colour in 1 size.
