Terrible service!!! The guy at cashier who is also one of the sales had an awful attitude. If it’s not because I have no time, I would 200% not purchase in the store. And I highly not recommend any customer who is looking for understanding of the product to come to this store. I have talked to three sales in the store, none of them is helpful! Every question they respond in two words max!

Absolutely unhelpful. I walked in today, November 17, the store had few customers and approached the salesman closest to me, a mop hair man with glasses as circled in the picture, and asked him politely in Cantonese if they had the DJI Osmo pocket 3 in stock. He barked, "for reservation?". I did not understand him at first because all the media reported the device had launched and was available for purchase. I said I did not have a reservation. He barked "you need a reservation for pickup at the end of November". I am only in Hongkong on holiday so I asked him when end of November. He barked back, "I don't know". Utterly rude. He didn't take that tone with another customer. I said nothing to offend him and I speak relatively good Cantonese. I can understand a product is unavailable, but he could've said "you need a reservation and I can help you with that". I'm not mincing words when I say his tone was like a bark and this was the entirety of our words exchanged.
