DogKingdom took such a wonderful care of our dog, and we were all 150% happy. DogKingdom kept sending us updated videos many times every day, in which we could tell our dog was having a wonderful time. A typhoon 10 hit during our dog's stay, but the DogKingdom staff were there the whole time, and the dogs were having so much fun that they didn't even notice the strong noise of the typhoon winds. DogKingdom sends videos of the dogs eating and their poop so we could monitor the health and conditions of our dogs multiple times a day. The network video camera allows us to see the dog sleeping in her room at night. The facility is very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Overall DogKingdoms services were much better than we were expecting, and we were happy that we found such a wonderful place to entrust our family when we have to travel.

I recently boarded my Shiba Inu at Dog Kingdom, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. The staff went above and beyond, even preparing fresh food for her when she refused to eat her own. She spent most of her time in the open area, which she loved, rather than being confined to a room. It was such a relief to know I could rely on them while I was away. Highly recommend!

My dog (an old toy poodle) had a very good and fun time in DogKingdom. The nice and well-trained staffs communicate efficiently with the dogs and us. My dog played well with other dogs too. The harmony and excellent environment is a great asset! Highly recommended!

I would like to give a big shout out to Dogkingdom in Hong Kong. we were searching for a reliable pet hotel while we were in the United States, as we planned to bring our family back and needed a place for our 2 year-old Shichon, YoYo to stay temporarily. Dogkingdom stood out because of its spacious area for dogs, something that is hard to find even in pet hotels in the States. The 24-hour CCTV gave us peace of mind as we could watch Yoyo at any time. The space and cleanliness impressed us upon arrival, making us feel comfortable right away. The staff was friendly and took excellent care of our dog. Despite being in the same city, they send us numerous videos daily which made us confident that YoYo was adjusting well. He is so happy that we decided to extend his stay for another month. Thank you for everyone at Dogkingdom for your outstanding work. We truly appreciate it and believe your services are much needed in the city. We Wish that we can give you more than 5 Stars.
