i had my glaucoma surgery last year nov 2025 and ive been seeing the same doctor ever since. just today, i was shocked to see another doctor and this doctor wasnt too attentive at all. and she asked me to make a decision on a laser treatment that could change my life. and i couldnt make that decision without my trusted doctor and she told me “you cant always see her all the time youre here”and yet i made a decision and i told her the eyedrops i still have and YET she prescribed me the bottles i already have and the bottles she never instructed me to use just for me to pay 300??? + 250 which i accept cause of the new law but the 300 for my eyedrops and bottles i dont even need? visits should be worth my while since we’re paying more. im disappoted, upset & angry. worst experience ever today.

It is a hospital which also provides physiotherapy, and occupational therapy. Thank you for the doctors and staff in the registration. There is a machine to help you check in or if you need to pay. A room for blood collection and you shall wait for your number for your turn. It can be quite full of people and mostly you can see lots of seniors. The location can be a bit difficult for some people because it is quite some distance from the MTR station. There is a bus stop and of course you can go there on foot if you are around. You cannot just walk in so you shall make your reservation before you show up. On the other hand, do not be late otherwise you have to wait for a longer time to have your turn. Your reservation will be cancelled if you are late for certain minutes… Prepare your trip ahead and remember to give more buffer for time just in case

Really terrible nurse attendant Took my son today to see the doc The doctor and the green uniform old woman asked me to stand while the nurse attendant sat in the seat meant for the patient!!! Totally absurd and Dr Shirley Lau also asked us why we spoke in English when we can converse in Cantonese!! What kind of abhorrent bloody attitude is this !!

An old aged hospital, a heritage building with nice view. Now is under construction. Not crowd.

Tung Wah Eastern Hospital is not a place for tourist, but they have beautiful buildings that is unique in Hong Kong. If you have chance (or unluckily) to visit here, you should check out their radial corridor at the rear of the main building
