Knowledgeable. Attentive. Flexible. Our travel agent, Andy, helped design a multigenerational family vacation from the US to Hong Kong, Macau and China. Throughout the process, he was accessible through WhatsApp and quickly responded to our questions and requests. Andy tailored everything to our specifications and maintained contact throughout the trip ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely use this travel agency again.

First time we have used this travel agent and wonderful service was provided by Emily. Very efficient and she has attention to detail. We normally live outside Hong Kong and have very little idea of what to expect. Most of the hotels booked for our China tour were very good. Also very impressed with the restaurants recommendations for the whole trip. Will definitely recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Just finished my trip from Toronto to Hong Kong on the cheaper tickets from the travel agency, and I am glad I chose this company. The whole booking process was through WhatsApp, and if I'm honest, I was a bit hesitant at the beginning because the travel agency was a bit smaller than the others and I didn’t have enough knowledge of them. But the result proves me wrong. The customer service representative was really helpful and patient. Even though we are 12 hours apart, the agent tried to answer my concerns as quickly as they could and gave me options to choose from. I honestly don’t have any unsatisfactory experiences during the process and my trip. The only thing is, they don’t accept credit cards because the service charge is costly which is understandable. Thanks so much again for making my trip home carefree and I will use your service again in the future!

We have great experience with using Tung Nam Tours to book our flights to Japan via HK numerous times since 2023. Andy has always been prompt in responding to our requests and their quotes are competitive. Happy to recommend their service.
