我send email向職員查詢關於我棟大廈的大廈公契的條文內容應如何解釋及業主立案法團的職責,但職員的回覆就係叫我自己直接問返我棟大廈的業主立案法團同管理公司,職員還要這樣對我說:「本處職員亦非法律專業人員，因此不會就'條例'及大廈公契的條文提供法律詮釋或法律意見。」但他們卻從來沒有告訴我原來民政處係有「免費的法律諮詢」的,他們只是叫我去考慮下申請「專業調解服務」,真係好唔helpful囉! 而且職員回覆我的電郵內容全部都係罐頭文,亦即template(範本),令我覺得我似係同個機械人互send email囉!
