I just had an appointment with Dr Wat, first time. He is funny, chatty and all around a thoroughly good doctor. I highly recommend Dr David Wat.

I am still waiting for my medicine after my diagnosis. Yet I can already say this is one of the best if not the best experience around. + provides appointment via WhatsApp + polite receptionist + doctor Wat is full of banter and tries his best to make you feel comfortable + He explains very well to you all the concerns and choices you have to make. Like he does not hide his thought process, he lets you know what he observes and what he thinks and ultimately let you understand and choose your way for treatment - can’t really think of any negatives. Maybe wait times are still a bit lengthy despite making an appointment. But that’s a norm everywhere in Hk. I wish he makes more money so maybe he can switch to a larger clinic to at least have more seats for waiting.

Dr. Wat is my favourite doctor! He’s nice, humorous and truly care for the patient. Most importantly, he was able to find out the root of the problem. explained to you with patience and solve the problem.

It was a public holiday and my GP was closed and I needed to see a doctor urgently. I actually had an appointment elsewhere in Wan Chai, but the person who picked up the phone didn't sound very friendly, so I went searching for another doctor, and I came across Dr. Wat's name. I went to Dr. Wat for an anxiety induced symptom, and I didn't know what to expect because my experience with GPs in HK about anxiety has been quite poor (normally they just brush you off). Dr. Wat was super friendly when I entered his office, he gave me the nicest hello greeting I've ever received from a doctor in the world. He asked me about my symptoms and offered diverse treatments. He checked me out porperly, and didn't just brush me off. And he asked me questions about myself to get to know me better. It was the first time I felt I didn't have to explain or justify my symptoms to a doctor! His nursing staff were very polite and attentive too. Sometimes, when you are experiencing an anxiety-induced symptom, all you need is a safe environment. Sounds very simple, but very hard to find in Hong Kong, especially on a public holiday, and Dr. Wat and his team did just that for me. Thank you so much Dr. Wat and

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wat for over 6 years. I first came to him for taking out the suture after a small abdominal surgery and since then I always went back to see him for skin problems even I was no longer living in Wan Chai. He is a super patient and really genuine doctor, and always trying him best to explain everything to me. I’ve been to other doctors after I moved, but no one likes him who offered such warmth and caring for the patient. I’m a Chinese medicine practitioner, so I really understand it takes a lot to treat each patient like this. To be honest, he always inspires me as a model of “a doctor” whenever I go to visit him as “a patient”. Thank you so much Dr. Wat🙏🏼
