I visited this dental clinic last Wednesday for wisdom teeth extraction with Dr. Tang. Unfortunately, the experience during the surgery was quite painful. Although they asked me to raise my hand if I felt uncomfortable, when I did, they told me it was “dangerous” and that it might affect the procedure — which made me feel helpless in that moment. The surgery itself was quick, taking about twenty minutes, but the pain was almost intolerable. Five days later, I still had significant pain and went back for a follow-up appointment with Dr. Chan. She didn’t seem to review my case before starting and went ahead to remove the sutures immediately, even though the post-surgery notes said they should be removed between days six and fourteen. Now on day seven, one wound is healing well, but the upper one is still quite painful when I talk, smile, or eat, even while taking the ibuprofen they prescribed. On a positive note, the nurses were very kind and attentive. They took good care of me right after the surgery, provided medication promptly, and offered an ice pack right away. I really appreciated their care and professionalism. While the nursing staff were wonderful, the overall experienc

Dr. Tang is truly exceptional at performing wisdom tooth extractions. Two dentists refused to do the extraction due to its complexity, and my previous experience with another dentist was horrible. However, Dr. Tang handled it brilliantly; from anesthesia to completion, the entire process took him less than 10 minutes. Now, 10 days after the extraction, my wound is healing quickly, and I'm experiencing minimal discomfort. I highly recommend him if you have a complicated case like mine. P.S. The nurses here are patient and kind. I'm grateful for their support in calming me down when I was extremely nervous. They kept me informed about the progress, reassuring me that half of my tooth was out and that we were almost done.

Name called, get in, lie down, sign document, anesthetic in, open jaw, drill sound, get sat up and handed the remnants of your wisdom teeth. Barely time for dentist anxiety to kick in. Removal for two wisdom teeth (bottom one going sideways) lasted no more than 5 mins from start to finish. Bleeding stopped within half an hour. Dr Tang is a wizard.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here and it’s easily one of the best dentists I’ve been to. Unlike some clinics, the nurses here were very patient and polite, especially when I had to fill in a long form, which was in Chinese. They didn’t hurry me and gave me useful informations and instructions on how to complete it. And during the operation, the nurse was helpful and upbuilding, they’ll give moral support and inform you on the progress of the operation. Doctor Tang himself was also extremely patient when explaining about the situation I was in, what type of operation I needed (surgical removal for the bottom two) and its procedures (especially when considering how many patients he had). When it came to the operation itself, it was so efficient yet methodical, he first injected the anaesthetic into my gum, which took a few minutes to come into effect, before the actual operation took place, I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out in one go, and it only took around 10 min (15 min max) for it to be completed. During the operation, he was rather gentle and careful with it, and there wasn’t much discomfort during the procedure. The nurse was very helpful in telling me how to positi

I was literally shook by the entire process. I’ve never seen a doctor who handles patients with such confidence and grace. A quick background story: I was dealing with a lower left impacted wisdom tooth that was rooted to my major nerve and could possibly cause cavities to my adjacent tooth. My former dentist suggested to carry out the removal in “2 separate operations” where he will only partially remove 50% of my impacted wisdom tooth leaving the remaining 50% of my tooth intact. Eventually when the remaining 50% of my tooth erupts, he will remove it. My first reaction was, why would I want to go through the pain twice. So upon extensive research I found Dr. Tang and immediately made an appointment. And let me tell you, it was probably one of the best decisions I’ve made. The entire process was quick and easy to a point where you are still processing what just happened to your extracted wisdom tooth as the nurse exits you out to the waiting room. I remember getting to the clinic early in the morning at 8:51 on 1/14, and there were already 10 patients sitting with me in the waiting room. I got seated on the “operation chair” around 9:10 and I was so worried that I told the n
