Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Paid my money, was promised results in a matter of months, 2 and a half years later and 3 renewed sets of aligners and my teeth still have problems. Don’t waste your money or time. They are frauds. Now they have ‘sold’ to Dr Wondersmile and they want me to pay again for renewed aligners. I will be taking action through relevant bodies and posting about the bad experience I had with this company. Terrible outcomes - product not at all as described!

Scheduling a 3D scan was easier than imagine, the process was quick and smooth. Hester was nice and professional. She can answer all my doubts clearly. Hope I’m suitable for treatment. I’m looking forward to starting it soon.

Hester has been very helpful in explaining the costs and process, the 3D scanning has been smooth and communication has been prompt. Now I’m waiting for my treatment plan to arrive. Highly recommend!

Smooth scanning procedure, good explanation of details, and succinct answers to questions asked or doubts raised. Very simple and intuitive process, as the aligners get delivered to your door! Just make sure you know whether you want night aligners or full day aligners when going for the appointment, as they expect you to make this choice before you leave the venue.

My appointment was very smooth. Shirley ( operation lady) was very nice and answered me every questions I had . She told me It will take about 2 weeks if I am eligible for the treatment . Once the treatment is confirmed, the full package will be sent to you within 4-6 weeks. If I have any questions , I can easily reach out to wonder-smile . So I am relieved . I can’t wait to start the treatment !
