建行信用卡客，每年都來一次洗牙同check牙，醫護都好nice好有禮貌，講解又詳細，亦唔sale嘢。

建行客，都去左好幾年，年年去洗牙都真心覺得唔錯。唔sale你野，洗個陣又認真唔會hea你，技術好又細心，洗完會話你知日常護理的注意事項，入面d醫護都好有禮貌。當然唔排除有個別事件啦，幸運地我唔冇發生過任何唔開心既事。前台雖然著白制服但唔係入面既醫護人員，而且評論呢樣野太多數只會係發生衰嘢先會有人專登寫，但我又覺得好既方面都唔少值得我黎評評。咁啱昨日去完，揾個地址望見到評分咁低咪入黎寫吓🙂

早前我預約了4月18日5:00pm在尖沙咀店使用建設銀行信用卡的洗牙計劃。我在4月18日根據預約時間，提早十分鐘4:50pm到達尖沙咀店洗牙，卻被告知醫生已經離開，今天不能進行洗牙服務。前台服務員還說其實早上曾致電給我，可是沒有接通。然後我翻查來電紀錄，的確是有致電兩次的。可是在這個詐騙電話泛濫的年代，遇到陌生號碼不接聽是非常普遍，貴公司應該考慮開通WhatsApp或其他通訊軟件與客人對話，以追求更高效益的溝通，而不是只打兩通電話，客人沒有/無暇接聽，就任由客人白走一趟，不了了之。我是居住在新界的，來回尖沙咀需要起碼兩個小時的車程，就因為貴公司/員工處理不周而浪費了時間和車費。即使撇除這個問題不說，我在這裡也是非常不解，為甚麼預約了時間，醫生卻可以臨時離開？我認為這一點，貴公司需要給予一個交代。然後當場重新預約，前台人員有給予我數個選擇，這與我早前電話預約時得知的情況不符（我早前打電話預約的時候她們是說只有我本來預約的唯一一個空檔）。而她們也詢問了是否需要順道檢查牙齒，我也答覆「需要」。離開場地後，我再跟自己的工作伙伴確認，發現原來我剛剛重新預約的那個時間並不可行，於是我立刻再打電話回去尖沙咀店，當時只是10分鐘後，前台人員卻斬釘截鐵的告訴我，已經沒有空位，根本也沒有檢查，一秒內就回答我完全沒有再改的餘地。後來我感覺她們不應該就這樣處理，所以又打過去跟她們理論。她們要不就是不聽電話，要不就是接聽後把電話擱起。然後我苦無辦法，就讓先生幫我打電話過去試試。果然先生問了洗牙有甚麼時段可以預約，對方就給出了幾個方案，這才成功預約了4月25日12:15pm尖沙咀店。這讓我質疑前台人員的專業性和誠信度。直到4月25日，我終於順利洗牙後，前台人員告訴我可以離開。可是我還沒有進行到檢查牙齒的部分，再問了前台人員，她說「妳個時間係改過嘅，當時冇提到要檢查」。我即時怒火中燒，說「咁我原本個booking係有講咗要檢查，就算改booking都係要檢查」。她這才態度轉變，問「咁如果醫生食飯後兩點半左右得唔得？」，我說不可以。在我的堅持下，她們才安排醫生即時進行檢查。這樣的服務態度令人失望。其實我不明白，這樣是試水溫嗎？試試我是否可以讓步，如果不能的話才可以立刻安排？檢查牙齒的部分也只不過是十分鐘內的事情，如果你們沒有辦法安排的話，是否不應該讓客人預約這個時間，卻又沒法完成客人所需要的服務？既然預約了，就算是錯判了時間的長短，也理應由她們去負起錯判的後果，就是無論如何也幫客人完成服務吧。可是她們卻這樣去處理。服務態度真的很差劣，貴公司對前台人員的培訓真的有待提高。這事情已過兩個多月，我本來是希望息事寧人，多一事不如少一事。然而卻氣憤難平，才會等待至今還是決定抽時間反映問題。時間已久，我明白追溯是有難度，然而為了提高貴公司的整體服務質素，我認為有需要追究
