A hidden gem in Hong Kong for its innovative design and quality exhibitions. Family friendly and interesting interactive multimedia presentations. Helpful staff too.

Interesting exhibits with a great Hong Kong flavor, but ruined by terrible staff attitude. The behavior of the floor staff was highly unprofessional. Every single one of them was busy talking or staring at their phones. Someone almost ran into me and completely ignored it without saying sorry. Are they getting paid for this, or are they just volunteering? The management seriously needs to look into their staff's work ethic.

I stopped by to check out the free Hong Kong neon lights exhibit and it was awesome. I heard that HK is slowly getting rid of the neon lights in the city, so to see this many in one spot, for free, was a great way to spend an hour or so. I don't know if any of these signs have any historical significance, but I was glad that I was able to see them anyways.
