While took a bit of time to find the Office 2 building, it was straightforward on the 5th floor. Air-conditioned service center. However, they make you sign the agreement in only Chinese language, and then after they give you a quotation, and you pay online, they have WhatsApp bots who don't give you any update till after 5 working days and then they just tell you to pick up.

Dyson Hong Kong customer service seems to be there to ruin the reputation of Dyson Brand, they accept products for repair only to mint money & Rip Off the customer. During the repair process they do not call and explain the issue as promised. But suddenly message to recommend expensive replacements & then too their own new replaced parts come with scratches. Fan filters are usually out of stock & going through Dyson Product repair is a nightmarish & expensive exercise where the customer is always the loser.

The most terrible service I’ve ever received Reps intend just to fool around customers, which is utterly unacceptable and disgusting. When I purchased a hairdryer this month from a local vendor, I found many scratches and quality defects, which was unacceptable for a new product. I called their customer service and was later notified by their online reps that a verification at the center is available. When I came to the center the other day, they simply refused to verify the product, with apparent nonsense just to drive away customers. Their acts on behalf of Dyson was disastrous for its reputation. Would never ever consider their products. FYI, contact consumer council of HK for any disputes with them.

There is only one service centre supporting the whole country of Hong Kong. You are charged HKD250 just to get your faulty device checked and believe me Dyson products have such bad quality issues. Plus you are unable to get it fixed on the spot. You still need to make another trip down to collect your device. I am still awaiting the rip off quotations to get my devices fixed. For such a premium product, I am truly appalled by the quality.

Warranty Service of my pricy floor lamp requires advance booking in days or customer would have to wait at the shop for a long time. Staffs are well trained, but the resources are obviously insufficient for Dyson users in Hong Kong. It is only a matter of time for Dyson to lose it's market due to poor customer support.
