“Forgot” to print one urgent poster after receiving our payment. I found out after going to the shop. Their customer service did not do anything anything about it, not even a delivery…only said come and pick up tomorrow. Cannot care less about customers and do not do anything to rectify their mistake.

Helpful staff and good quality printing services. Staff speak English well. It's easy to get a Lalamove or GoGoVan to come here as it's not on a main street. Credit cards are accepted here (just not AMEX). Note that eBanner and ePrint are for large quantity printing, not a copy shop for single pages or fast prints. It's a more commercial printer for larger jobs.
