On hold for 32 minutes before they hung up on me. I talked to someone on whatsapp and they said there is no English staff there so they didn't answer the phone. This was 11am on Monday morning. Terrible customer service, I wouldn't use again

TERRIBLE customer service… got screamed on by a guy today because i thought half of my order was missing and was trying to see if i could see it around. Very blunt, zero empaty, ZERO trying to help, taking the path of “minimum effort”. In this age where competition is so high the least a company should do is give an ok customer service, a possible 5 star experience has been ruined by a rude front of house person who clearly doesn't care one bit about a) his job and b) his company

Terrible customer service. Follow-up not smooth at all. Had to explain the whole situation every single time and each time I got a whole different response. One of the representatives was not pleasant to talk to as well.
