Poor Design Companies. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your company. I recently contacted by phone but I was met with a rude and unhelpful male representative (he stated that he is one of the designer). The individual I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional, which left a poor impression. Furthermore, I also reached out to your customer via emails, whatsapp and have yet to receive a response. The lack of communication is concerning and frustrating, as I had hoped to receive a timely response to my inquiry. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, Ed design limited have fallen short of these expectations. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of everything.

Their designers had such a great sense of our style from the beginning, but they elevated it with creative ideas and really great pieces we would have never chosen on our own. I was so pleased by their design.
