Overall, I'm satisfied with the product and service, although the delivery delay was disappointing. I ordered the Electric Adjustable Standing Desk Leg from EKOBOR in early June. Pros: - I visited the showroom before placing my order. The staff were knowledgeable and patiently explained the differences between the available models. - The customer service staff followed up professionally and communicated politely throughout the process. - The delivery and installation staff was friendly, and completed the installation efficiently. - The standing desk leg itself is well-built, operates smoothly, and feels like a high-quality product. Cons: - The only downside was the delivery time. I was originally informed that the desk leg would be delivered within three weeks, around late June. However, the delivery was delayed, and I did not receive it until 20 July, nearly a month later than expected. Although the final product met my expectations, I hope EKOBOR can improve its delivery schedule and provide customers with more timely updates when delays occur.

Nice experience at the Causeway Bay showroom. The store has a solid range of ergonomic chairs and office furniture, and the staff gave practical suggestions based on comfort and daily use. Would recommend to anyone setting up a home office.

Very good quality standing table that we bought for the office in 2023. We are now buying the second patch from Ekobor Causeway Bay. Great service from Rachel Chan. Strongly recommended for anyone.

Was looking for a computer desk chair so visited Ekobor. Very welcoming experience by Rachel who showed me a number of options as well as giving me detailed insight into posture and ergonomics. Once chosen a few choices arrived back with measurements of desk and seating area which she so kindly simulated with height adjustable desks. Really happy with the final purchase and the service particularly from Rachel. Thanks again!
