Buyer beware: Some brands here are highly marked up—sometimes over 20% above the average market price. Combined with long shipping times and unpredictable store hours, it is incredibly difficult to coordinate a pickup if you are a typical Hongkonger working a standard 5-day office week. I used to be impressed by their service but not anymore.

Placed an order in mid December 2024 and was told it would take around 3-4 weeks for the products to arrive. It’s been almost 6 weeks now and still counting. Their WhatsApp is not responsive as well not to mention that the delivery is already taking so long. I don’t know if it was just me or the other customers also experienced the same but it’s definitely not my first time.

Bought quite a few times for girlfriend. Very value shop. The owners are nice. Easy access to foreign brands.

Visited this shop with gf, one of her favourite IG shops with a convenient brick and motor location. A nice chic and cozy shop run by independent owners. They're very nice and approachable and down to earth to talk to. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places and the quality is authentic.

The prices are marked up unexpectedly higher. Especially those branded, compare to other IG shops.. and long shipping time… will not recommend friends
